Curriculum At My First Classroom, we provide creative,
vibrant and experiential learning for children. Our curriculum is
both comprehensive and intellectually challenging with the aim of
developing a child's potential to the fullest and nurture his passion
in active learning.
Children learn best when they have a range of activities in which
they are given opportunities to interact and explore in active and
practical ways. In view of this, we have structuredour
curriculum around an open-ended frame, in which children expand on
what they already know, and deepen their knowledge and appreciation
of the world around them.
We have also recently introduced to the children Montessori
activities such as Practical Life Skills and Sensorial
Education. This is to further develop their motor skills for greater
independence in everyday living as well as boost their thinking skills.
Field Trips
& Special Activities Field trips provide an additional avenue
to children’s knowledge acquisition as well as stimulating their
senses. In addition to the regular daily programme, field trips and
special activities are planned periodically.
